Dolphins Gameday Thread
I'm a little late to the take here, but the Raiders are down 14 to 5 at the moment and this has the hallmarks of a classic Raiders letdown game. Need to rev it up and get to 3-0 while the Chiefs are down at 1-2!

On Monday night, the Raiders won a game they've become accustomed to losing - the last-minute contest riddled with self-inflicted mistakes.
Today, they must overcome another familiar trademark: the letdown game while playing early on the road in a far-flung city.
The Steelers are beatable. In order to remain in the chase this year while sharing a division with the Chiefs and Chargers, the Raiders are going to have to win these types of games early.
So here we go. Let's see them take that next step. GO RAIDERS!
It was the same 'ol Raiders, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Until it WASN'T. Wow! Las Vegas, nine lives and one hell of a resilient way to start the season!
Raider Take returns from a long offseason hibernation just in time for the Raiders' 2021 debut on Monday Night Football versus a formidable but beatable opponent in the Baltimore Ravens.
Friends, if you are still here, welcome back, I look forward to your takes on this game and beyond.
I think it's stating the obvious to say that we all hope the Raiders aren't stuck in neutral for another year. They need to take a firm step forward in 2021, or Gruden will have run dangerously low on excuses.
There is much to be optimistic about, and much to wonder about, as we head into the new season. But we've reached a point with this franchise that talk is so cheap that it is effectively worthless.
Enough about Sin City, star power, the shiny new toy of a stadium, Mark Davis's mansion, etc. Distractions, all of them, from the effort, determination and expectations that must be urgently applied to the field itself, in 60 minute increments of action, over a 17-game season.
Let's GO RAIDERS!
Raider Take - Still hanging on for 17 seasons strong!
